Jedin\u00e1 mo\u017enost, jak had\u00ed klubko koaxi\u00e1l\u016f na stole umravnit (nebo rad\u011bji rovnou posunout za ze\u010f m\u00e9ho hamshacku), byla po\u0159\u00eddit n\u011bjak\u00fd automatick\u00fd p\u0159ep\u00edna\u010d ant\u00e9n. Na trhu se vyskytuj\u00edc\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed byla bu\u010fto nad r\u00e1mec rozpo\u010dtu, nebo prost\u011b nefungovala podle m\u00fdch p\u0159edstav. Tak jsem se jednoho ve\u010dera pustil op\u011bt po del\u0161\u00edm \u010dase do bastlen\u00ed a jal se vyvinout vlastn\u00ed konstrukci.<\/p>\n<p>Zad\u00e1n\u00ed bylo jasn\u00e9 &#8211; s rezervou posta\u010d\u00ed \u0161est ant\u00e9n a jako dal\u0161\u00ed podm\u00ednka je dodate\u010dn\u00e9 rel\u00e9, kter\u00e9 p\u0159ipoj\u00ed ovl\u00e1dac\u00ed dr\u00e1ty automatick\u00e9ho tuneru AH-3 jen s tou ant\u00e9nou, kde tuner pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m. Jinak toti\u017e IC-756 stejn\u011b jako jin\u00e9 TRXy ICOM tento tuner rozpoznaj\u00ed a vy\u0159ad\u00ed intern\u00ed tuner z funkce.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159ep\u00edna\u010d je ur\u010den ke spolupr\u00e1ci s TRXy ICOM a rozhran\u00ed CI-V (m\u00e1 dva pr\u016fchoz\u00ed konektory, aby se dal vlo\u017eit mezi TRX a PC). Rychlost rozhran\u00ed je defaultn\u011b 19200 Bd (lze zm\u011bnit v programu), na adrese TRXu nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed. Pokud nen\u00ed pou\u017eit sou\u010dasn\u011b s den\u00edkem nebo n\u011bjak\u00fdm CAT softwarem, kter\u00fd periodicky vy\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 frekvenci z TRXu, je nutn\u00e9 v setupu TRXu nastavit parametr CI-V TRANSCEIVE na hodnotu ON, aby TRX pos\u00edlal zpr\u00e1vy obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed frekvenci s\u00e1m p\u0159i lad\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0158\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed jednotka<\/h2>\n<p>Srdce \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed jednotky je levn\u00e1 a jednoduch\u00e1 v\u00fdvojov\u00e1 desti\u010dka Arduino Nano. Na Ebay v \u010c\u00edn\u011b se jich d\u00e1 za p\u00e1r dolar\u016f koupit pytel a za p\u00e1r korun se d\u00e1 koupit i zde. V\u00fdvojov\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed a programovac\u00ed jazyk velmi bl\u00edzk\u00fd C++ je k m\u00e1n\u00ed zdarma na http:\/\/arduino.cc , stejn\u011b jako spousta u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fdch knihoven a p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f k\u00f3du, se kter\u00fdmi se programov\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1v\u00e1 hra\u010dkou i pro relativn\u011b nezku\u0161en\u00e9 program\u00e1tory.<\/p>\n<p>Po prohrab\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161upl\u00edk\u016f, odpadkov\u00e9ho ko\u0161e a smet\u00ed pod stolem jsem na\u0161el skoro v\u0161e pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 a n\u011bco i nav\u00edc (no nedejte tam LCD displej, kdy\u017e se v\u00e1l\u00ed bez u\u017eitku, i kdy\u017e by tam sta\u010dilo \u0161est LEDek, \u017ee jo..). Displej, rota\u010dn\u00ed enkod\u00e9r, eloxovan\u00e1 krabi\u010dka do kter\u00e9 se to v\u0161echno p\u011bkn\u011b vejde, n\u011bjak\u00e1 ta relata a jde se na to. Bez filtrace to ani nezkou\u0161ejte, \u010d\u00ed\u0148an se ani neobt\u011b\u017eoval na vstup stabiliz\u00e1toru na desce Arduina d\u00e1t blokovac\u00ed kondenz\u00e1tor a tak to u\u017e p\u0159i mal\u00e9m n\u00e1znaku VF proud\u016f d\u011bl\u00e1 ps\u00ed kusy. S takto odfiltrovan\u00fdm nap\u00e1jen\u00edm u\u017e se v\u0161e chov\u00e1 zcela mravn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Jako vrab\u010d\u00ed hn\u00edzdo na stole v\u0161e fungovalo a k\u00f3d byl v podstat\u011b odlad\u011bn, tak jsem se vrhl na mechanickou konstrukci (kdybych to neud\u011blal hned, neud\u011blal bych to nikdy, jak se zn\u00e1m..). Tento \u00fakol mi zna\u010dn\u011b usnadnila moje nedlouh\u00e1 zku\u0161enost s 3D CAD programem Autodesk Fusion360. V\u0159ele doporu\u010duji, pro hobby vyu\u017eit\u00ed se d\u00e1 pou\u017e\u00edvat po registraci zcela zdarma. Jen vy\u017eaduje p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k internetu proto\u017ee b\u011b\u017e\u00ed v cloudov\u00e9m re\u017eimu (ale po omezen\u00fd \u010das cca 14 dn\u00ed lze pou\u017e\u00edvat i offline) a jeho mo\u017enosti se p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 neli\u0161\u00ed od dosp\u011bl\u00fdch drah\u00fdch 3D CAD syst\u00e9m\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b nap\u0159\u00edklad CAM funkc\u00ed pro generov\u00e1n\u00ed k\u00f3du pro CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>3D model kompletn\u00ed krabi\u010dky jsem na\u0161el na webu v\u00fdrobce, modely dal\u0161\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jsem vygooglil d\u00edlem na Grabcadu, d\u00edlem jsem si n\u011bjak\u00e9 drobnosti na\u010dm\u00e1ral s\u00e1m. V\u00fdhodou &#8222;poskl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed&#8220; sestavy v 3D modelu je to, \u017ee se d\u00e1 v\u0161echno kr\u00e1sn\u011b zarovnat, rozm\u00edstit, sl\u00edcovat, vytvo\u0159it otvory na konektory, displej atd. na sucho, v\u0161echno potom na sebe p\u0159esn\u011b pasuje a odpad\u00e1 pracn\u00e9 p\u0159ed\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, dopilov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a nad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nad t\u00edm, \u017ee se n\u011bco n\u011bkam nevejde. Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee si v CADu vytvo\u0159\u00edm p\u0159\u00edmo n\u011bkter\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1sti (v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b t\u0159eba dr\u017e\u00e1ky displeje a ovl\u00e1dac\u00ed knofl\u00edk na enkod\u00e9r), kter\u00e9 mohu z plastu vytisknout na m\u00e9 3d tisk\u00e1rn\u011b (jak jinak ne\u017e samo-domo postaven\u00e9). No a z modelu p\u0159edn\u00edho a zadn\u00edho panelu a nosn\u00e9 sklotextitov\u00e9 desky zase hrav\u011b vytvo\u0159\u00edm G-code pro moji (op\u011bt samo-domo) CNC fr\u00e9zku, kterou jinak vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m hlavn\u011b p\u0159i m\u00e9m RC modela\u0159en\u00ed. Do vytisknut\u00fdch dr\u017e\u00e1k\u016f displeje lze bu\u010fto vy\u0159\u00edznout z\u00e1vitn\u00edkem z\u00e1vity M3 resp. M2, nebo pou\u017e\u00edt vhodn\u011b velk\u00e9 samo\u0159ezn\u00e9 \u0161roubky. S rozm\u00edst\u011bn\u00edm konektor\u016f, vy\u0159ez\u00e1n\u00edm otvor\u016f a grav\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00edm popis\u016f mi op\u011bt pomohla moje v\u011brn\u00e1 dvojka CAD\/CNC fr\u00e9zka. Pro um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed rel\u00e9 jsem op\u011bt pou\u017eil prk\u00fdnko ze sklotextitu, rel\u00e9 jsou p\u0159ipevn\u011bna kapkou vte\u0159inov\u00e9ho lepidla a v\u0161e je n\u00e1sledn\u011b propojeno jak jinak ne\u017e vzdu\u0161nou zm\u011bt\u00ed dr\u00e1t\u016f. Krabi\u010dka je na rozd\u00edl od PL konektor\u016f vodot\u011bsn\u00e1, ale to n\u00e1m na de\u0161ti moc nepom\u016f\u017ee. Pokud n\u011bkdo chce box pou\u017e\u00edvat venku na de\u0161ti, doporu\u010dil bych vym\u011bnit konektory za vodot\u011bsn\u00e1 N-ka, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b ut\u011bsnit je v boxu a nezapomenout na nejlep\u0161\u00ed izolaci proti vod\u011b kondenzuj\u00edc\u00ed ze vzdu\u0161n\u00e9 vlhkosti &#8211; d\u00edrku na nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b krabi\u010dky. Z koment\u00e1\u0159\u016f v k\u00f3du (pardon, jsou v angli\u010dtin\u011b) by se mohlo d\u00e1t pochopit, jak funguje nastavov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ep\u00edna\u010de. Pokud ne, prost\u011b p\u0159ipojte USB port Arduina k PC, spus\u0165te termin\u00e1lov\u00fd program (t\u0159eba PUTTY),&nbsp; nastavte COM port na kter\u00e9m se namapovalo Arduino, rychlost 38400 Bd, stiskn\u011bte ENTER a koukejte co se d\u011bje na va\u0161\u00ed obrazovce. Je to tak jednoduch\u00e9, \u017ee to snad jednodu\u0161eji nejde. U zad\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1zvu ant\u00e9ny pozor, pokud je prvn\u00ed znak 1, sepne p\u0159i volb\u011b t\u00e9to ant\u00e9ny i rel\u00e9 p\u0159ipojuj\u00edc\u00ed extern\u00ed tuner, pokud je 0, nic se ned\u011bje. N\u00e1sleduje bez mezery n\u00e1zev ant\u00e9ny, kter\u00fd se zobraz\u00ed na displeji. Pokud je krat\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e 14 znak\u016f, dopl\u0148te zbytek \u0159\u00e1dku mezerami. P\u0159i\u0159azen\u00ed ant\u00e9ny p\u00e1smu je je\u0161t\u011b jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed, zvolte \u010d\u00edslo (nebo znak) p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho p\u00e1sma a napi\u0161te \u010d\u00edslo ant\u00e9ny, kter\u00e1 se m\u00e1 pro to p\u00e1smo zapnout. To je v\u0161echno.
